NEW CLIENTS:

Please note that if you are a new customer and selecting a colour service, you will need to visit Caprio's for a skin test 48 hours before your service. You DO need to make an appointment for this. Please see our opening times. If you fail to visit us for a skin test, then we will NOT be able to carry out your colour service.

EXISTING CLIENTS:

Please note that if it has been more than 6 months since you had your colour service at our salon, you will be required to visit the salon for a SKIN TEST at least 48 hours before your colour service booking. Please make a separate appointment for Consultation & Skin Test either by calling us or via online booking.

24-hr CANCELLATION POLICY

POLITE NOTICE:

Please be aware that we do have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel any appointment less than 24 hours before your booking, results in a 50% fee for the service you had booked in for will be payable.
